53,500 sq ft: Stanbridge, Leighton Buzzard

A large UK-based kitchen trade supplier has taken a lease on a 53,500 sq ft unit at Stanbridge, Leighton Buzzard.

Known as The Crossing, the unit will be the company’s second distribution hub. Kirkby Diamond’s industrial and logistics team, led by Eamon Kennedy and Paul Quy has advised the client over the past 18 months on the expansion of its business.

The Crossing is a modern steel portal frame warehouse which sits on a 3.86-acre plot. The former Rhenus Logistics unit has a 52-metre yard and 44 parking spaces.
