Great technical knowledge and genuinely nice people
We have worked successfully on several occasions with the team at Kirkby Diamond, dealing with asset disposals and compl...ex rent reviews. Throughout, the advice given has been excellent, allowing us to make sound business decisions on each transaction. Aside from great technical knowledge, they are genuinely nice people who are easy to do business with and who deliver what you want, not what they want you to have. Read more

Experience and knowledge
The Jewers family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to Eamon and his superb team at Kirkby Diamond for all... their hard work exercised during the marketing and sale of our industrial unit in Biggleswade. We appointed KD at the end of December 2021, they immediately set to marketing the property and creating unprecedented interest. Having managed and undertaken a great number of viewings, they secured multiple offers, several of which were in excess of the asking price. Taking their expert advice we accepted an offer in February 2022. Seamlessly moving into the next phase they worked closely with our legal team and the purchaser to negotiate and secure the sale with an exchange and completion on the same day, just 40 days later. The Kirkby Diamond team worked with great tenacity and professionalism throughout; we would without doubt recommend Kirkby Diamond to anyone who is looking to sell their commercial property. Eamon dealt with us very respectfully and professionally
The support and advice given by Eamon from the beginning to completion of the lease was invaluable. Eamon was extremely ...hands on in explaining the process, chasing the new tenants, dealing with the many questions they were raising. Him and his team were very quick in responding to telephone and emails during the whole process. His directness in going to the agent of the new tenants was paramount in this lease being completed. He was always willing to go the extra mile for his client. Without his involvement this lease would not have got to the completion stage. We would recommend Eamon and his team for any person or company looking to rent an industrial building to tenants. He dealt with us very respectfully and professionally as a gentleman. Read more
