Overview

Kirkby Diamond were instructed to provide project management and contract administration services in relation to the refurbishment of two units at Priory Court, Bradwell Abbey.  

KD prepared the detailed specification and tender documents to include drawings, Pre-Tender Health & Safety information. This was issued to contractors for tender and subsequent analysis was undertaken. 

The successful contractor was appointed under a JCT Minor Works contract which was administered by KD. 

Results

Works were completed on time and on-budget in readiness for re-letting by our Industrial agency team.
