Building Survey of Listed Pub in Buckinghamshire

Overview

Kirkby Diamond were instructed to undertake a Building Survey of a Listed Public House on behalf of a well known country Estate in Buckinghamshire. Kirkby Diamond's Building Consultancy team were required to inspect the property and provide a report which detailed the necessary repair items required to put the property, a former Public House, into a condition which would enable them to re-open the business.

This included commenting on any works which will have required Statutory consent and then to search the public Domain to ensure such works had the necessary permissions.

Result

Our Building Surveyors were able to assess the building and provide a comprehensive report which allowed our Client to fully assess the necessary works required to ensure it was in a satisfactory condition commensurate with a public house. We were able to identify historic works.
