5,000 sq ft industrial unit let in Park Avenue Industrial Estate

Kirkby Diamond were appointed by a private investor client to let a 5,000 sq ft unit at Park Avenue Industrial Estate. A long term lease was agreed to a print company Bartham Press in an off-market deal.
