Kirkby Diamond hat-trick as it tops industrial, office and retail rankings

Kirkby Diamond is celebrating scoring an impressive hat-trick after being crowned the leading commercial property agent across all three office, retail and industrial sectors in Bedfordshire. 

The EG Radius 2023 Annual On-Demand Rankings placed Kirkby Diamond at the top for the most commercial property space transacted, in disposals and acquisitions, in the county for the second year running.

Its total of 115 deals across Bedfordshire, with a total of 435,454 sq ft of space transacted, put it a long way ahead of its closest rivals. Kirkby Diamond’s industrial team completed 45 deals with a total of 335,720 sq ft. The office agency team completed 49 deals with a total of 78,010 sq ft, while the retail team completed 21 transactions with a total of 21,724 sq ft.

In Buckinghamshire, Kirkby Diamond was placed third in all three sectors having completed a total of 46 deals.
