New kitchen showroom has recipe for success

A new kitchen design studio is on the menu at a Buckinghamshire market town high street.

RS Kitchens Design Studio has taken a five-year lease on a 705 sq ft retail unit in a prime location at High Street, Stony Stratford. The company, which has a store in Bedford, designs, supplies and installs high quality kitchens and has an extensive product range.

Nick Bosworth, agency surveyor at Kirkby Diamond, said: “RS Kitchens approached our team and said that they wanted to open a new showroom in Stony Stratford, which is an attractive market town north of Milton Keynes.

“The High Street location of the retail unit is ideal for the company and helps to diversify the retail offering, drawing shoppers to the town. There hasn’t been a kitchen showroom in the town for many years, so it will be a very welcome addition. It demonstrates that retail premises in quality market towns are still in high demand.”
