Our commercial agency team has been instructed to market units at the largest multi-let industrial estate in Milton Keynes.
Blakelands Industrial Estate comprises 134 units in total, providing accommodation ranging from approximately 1,800 sq ft up to 33,000 sq ft, and is home to a diverse mix of occupiers across manufacturing, trade and logistics sectors.
Existing tenants include ITAS, Nikon Optical UK, Starlab UK, LC Signs, The Bread Factory, Makita UK, United UK LLP, Denelli Italia, SMC, Kutting and Perfect Paint Centres.
Kirkby Diamond – part of BTG Eddisons - has been appointed by landlord Royal London alongside existing joint agents Louch Shacklock and Bidwells. Current availability ranges from 1,841 sq ft to 15,166 sq ft.
