International health specialist on the move as office deal agreed
January 21, 2026
An international health specialist has agreed a deal which will see it relocate to a new UK headquarters near London Luton Airport.
Acting jointly on behalf of economic development company Luton Rising, a new lease has been secured for 10-years to Arjo UK Ltd – experts in improving patient mobility in care settings.
The company has taken both the first and second floors at Morton House, totalling 15,820 sq ft of office space.
Hannah Niven, head of North Hertfordshire and Luton agency at Kirkby Diamond (part of Eddisons), said the space at Morton House, at Kimpton Road, Luton, was only on the market for two months before an agreement was secured.
She added: “The fact a letting with Arjo UK Ltd was secured so rapidly is testament to both the quality of the space and the high standard of refurbishment of the former Vauxhall Motors K Block.
“Located opposite Luton Airport Parkway, it provides the most stunning environment for working, meeting, learning, and creativity. The design is full of character, with a modern style that is also sympathetic to the unique features and history of the building. I am sure it suits Arjo’s requirements perfectly and we wish them success at their fabulous new premises.”
Arjo UK Ltd is a leading specialist in improving patient mobility in care settings. The company helps healthcare providers to create the conditions to retain and improve patient mobility, aided by the right care setting, equipment and work methods throughout the care process. It is relocating to Morton House from its current base at Houghton Regis.
Kirkby Diamond acted jointly with Savills and SR Wood on behalf of Luton Rising - a local economic development company, which is by design focused on social purpose, and whose assets include London Luton Airport, the Luton DART, training and business centre Morton House, and Green Horizons Science & Innovation Park.
As a direct result of Luton Council being its sole shareholder, it supports vital local frontline services while delivering considerable social impact through the strategic application of its charitable donations to charities and community organisations in and around Luton.
