Industrial lettings trio in Leighton Buzzard after George Browns’ exit

Our Industrial & logistics team has completed a hat-trick of industrial lettings in Bedfordshire, within just three months of former occupier George Browns vacating the site.

Our team acted on behalf of the landlord to swiftly secure new occupiers for the prominent industrial and trade counter sites along Grovebury Road in Leighton Buzzard.

The main building, extending to 20,851 sq ft, has been let to Global Parts-UK Limited, a well-established automotive store. The rear warehouse unit, comprising 18,399 sq ft, has been let to On The Level Limited, a leading UK manufacturer. Meanwhile, an 8,662 sq ft unit was let before formally going to market to Klas Steel Limited, specialists in bespoke steel fabrication and structural steelwork.

All three deals were agreed and completed within three months, underlining the continued strength of occupier demand for quality industrial accommodation in Leighton Buzzard.

The properties were previously occupied by George Browns, the UK’s largest Kubota agricultural and groundcare dealer. Established in 1830, George Browns is a sixth-generation family business with six branches nationwide, specialising in the sale, hire and servicing of professional and domestic groundcare machinery.
