Hoban wastes no time in signing Milton Keynes office deal
January 07, 2026
A specialist provider of UK and international waste transportation and disposal services has signed a deal to move to Milton Keynes’ most sustainable office building.
Our agency team has completed the letting of office three at Silbury House in Central Milton Keynes to Hoban Ltd which has agreed a six-year lease.
Hoban specialises in all types of waste transportation and waste disposal, from scheduled UK service contracts to individual worldwide assignments. The company has an HQ building at Bleak Hall in Milton Keynes.
The 1,761 sq ft ground-floor suite at Silbury House provides 24 plug-and-play workstations, together with a fully fitted meeting room, kitchen and breakout area. Delivered to a Cat A+ standard, the office features high-quality finishes designed to maximise employee wellbeing.
Silbury House is recognised as the most sustainable office building in Milton Keynes, with outstanding credentials including:
• Targeting BREEAM Outstanding
• EPC A
• Fitwel three star
• RESET Pre-Certified
• Target Nabers five stars
• RESET Air Quality certification
Tenants benefit from a communal business lounge, city garden courtyard, secure cycle storage, showers and an attended reception.
The letting follows Kirkby Diamond’s instruction on Silbury House in June 2025 by owners RO Real Estate. Existing occupiers include Tickets.com, Scottsdale Lifetime Partners, and Topps International, who have recently completed their fitout. Only one suite now remains available.
Nick Bosworth, agency senior surveyor at Kirkby Diamond, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Hoban Ltd to Silbury House. Since being instructed earlier this year, our focus has been on securing high-quality occupiers that align with the building’s premium specification and sustainability agenda.
“Completing this letting within just five months demonstrates the strength of demand for best-in-class workspace in Milton Keynes, and we are already seeing strong interest in the final remaining suite.”
Silbury House sits in a prime position within Milton Keynes’ central business district, a short walk from the railway station, the shopping centre and Campbell Park. The city lies at the heart of the Oxford–Cambridge Growth Corridor and benefits from exceptional connectivity, with 18 million people reachable within a one-hour drive.
