Kirkby Diamond agreed a pre-let on this 71,800 sq ft industrial warehouse which forms part of PLP MK; the first industrial and logistics business park in the UK to be carbon net zero in construction.

Unit MK70 is one of the 10 being delivered in Phase 1 at PLP MK totalling 1.06 million sq ft, with Units 1 to 5 totalling 920,800 sq ft.
