Qualified / Senior Building Surveyor

Overview:

• This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified/ senior building surveyor to join our growing Building
  Consultancy Team at Kirkby Diamond.
• You would be working in our Luton office, and assisting with the expansion of the department in the regions we operate in.
• You will play a key role within the team, advising and delivering building surveying instructions for the department, whilst further building your own professional network.

Main purpose of role:

• To provide Building Surveying advice, seek out new opportunities and support the other departments within Kirkby Diamond.
• When / where appropriate undertake building surveying instructions for existing Kirkby Diamond clients and with wider support to increase your professional network to generate your own work stream.
• Provide assistance to other departments as and when the need arises.

Qualifications and/ or experience needed:

• A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Building Surveying faculty.
• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified.
