Commercial Property Agent (Industrial & Logistics)

Location and hours:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (finishing at 5:00 pm on Fridays).

Primarily based at one of the following office locations:

• Milton Keynes (Shenley Wood)
• Luton (Capability Green)
• St Albans (Victoria Street).

Overview:

We're looking for a specialist Industrial/Logistics Commercial Agent to join our team. You'll be:

• A specialist Industrial/Logistics Commercial Agent, working within the Milton Keynes, Luton or St Albans offices of Kirkby Diamond.
• Promoting the business of Kirkby Diamond Chartered Surveyors to a wide spectrum of the public, whilst undertaking your agency work.
• Actively marketing and publicising properties that Kirkby Diamond is instructed to market.
• Promoting cross selling opportunities with other departments in Kirkby Diamond.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally RICS qualified, but not essential.
• Experience in commercial property agency transactions.
• Ideally property related University degree.
• A Levels & GCSE’s
